Gina is the CEO/President of Kenton Brothers located at 3401 E. Truman Road. Family owned and operated for over 125 years, Kenton Brothers serves as Kansas City’s industry leader in customized security solutions for businesses. Formerly located in Downtown Kansas City, Gina moved her business to Truman Road due to its centralized location and property opportunities.

Vice President of the Elmwood Cemetery Society. Elmwood is the largest greenspace in the TRCID and is home to many historic Kansas City figures. John was an intricate part of forming the TRCID in 2008 and has held a board seat since inception.

Steve is President & CEO of Central Bank of Kansas City (CBKC), a $350 million Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) bank focused on delivering financial services to meet the needs of the community in a socially responsible way. CBKC, the only CDFI bank headquartered in Kansas City, has held this designation since 1998 and participates in a number of CDFI Fund programs.

Tom Heilman

Tom has worked in his family business: Ace Imagewear for nearly 30 years and now proudly co-owns the 90 year old operation with his Brother Bill Heilman. Tom was born and raised in Kansas City, graduated from Drake University in 1995 and after 17 years away (running Ace Imagewear’s Texas locations) he returned to Kansas City in 2017 to focus on the Truman Road Location. Ace Imagewear represents one of several large employers in the district and has over the years held board seats with the CID.

Tim Ketcham

Tim is currently the General Sales Manager for Belfonte Ice Cream & Dairy Foods Company. Tim began his career at Belfonte in 1999 as an Account Manager for their retail grocery customers. In 2003, he was promoted to Retail Sales Manager overseeing our retail sales team and served in that capacity until 2016, when he was promoted to General Sales Manager overseeing their retail and institutional sales teams.

Ed is the Vice President of Internal Operations for Guadalupe Centers. Ed is a former United States Marine and was selected by Guadalupe to represent their organization with the CID. Guadalupe represents a large tract of land within the corridor and has been a positive contributor to change and development in the area. Guadalupe center’s board representation builds a unique bridge between business and the community and helps to connect our thoughts to what the people of this area need in order to drive development choices and business opportunity.
